“Every year I would barely eat before Christmas dinner to “save up” my calories. I would be so hungry that by the time dinner rolled around I would eat so fast that I barely tasted my food. Now that I’ve learned how to nourish myself and listen to my body, I can actually take my time and enjoy Christmas dinner.”
